As far as I can make out it's just a fake trailer. Probably trying to get the funding to do the whole book as a film. It's a Spanish fan making it so will likely be in Spanish. However English films sell further a field so it mey get maid in English. Depends if it catches someone interest. Any old school 2000AD would buy one regardless.
