Is there anyway to get rid of user "Clingplow" (allegedly Shirley Moody) before they totally engulf the discussion board?

If you look there are bits of gobbledygook English random words in it that make no sense.

That was from some financial organization/bank in Polish.
The technology (spamming different forums, boards and sites with keywords and links) is called "doorway", some sites use it to create links to their website to increase page rank in this way. Nothing related to reenactment directly, just a regular spam from Poland
